$0.10 and 25 Minute Banana Coconut Cookies
A quick and delicious banana coconut cookies recipe that's easy to remember. All the ingredients are in the title!
Servings: 10 cookies
- 5 oz banana (~1 large banana)
- 2.5 oz unsweetened shredded coconut (~3/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Mash the banana in the bowl with a fork.
Add shredded coconut and stir to combine.
Scoop 8-12 cookies onto prepared baking sheet.
Flatten the cookies with the back of the spoon to about 1-2 cm high.
Bake @ 350F for 17 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
Once cookies are in the oven, make healthy chocolate icing from $0.50 and 35 Minute Cardamom Squares.
Pour into Ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner.
Zip up the bag and create cool cookie designs once they come out of the oven!
