  • Your largest coffee mug, preferably with a flat bottom

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • With the fork, mash the banana into the bottom of the mug until liquidy.
  • Add egg and vanilla extract and whisk in with the fork until evenly combined.
  • Mix in flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and raisins until evenly combined. Top with a couple more raisins if desired.
  • Cook in the microwave uncovered for 1 minute and 45 seconds.
  • Enjoy!
